The 1995 Dayton Peace Accords ended the war in Bosnia -- the bloodiest conflict in Europe since WWII.
WBUR's Michael Goldfarb traveled to Bosnia and talked to Americans involved in the peace-keeping mission and to Bosnian refugees on whether the Dayton Peace Accords have accomplished anything other than ending the war.
