OpenCourt filed legal briefs yesterday leading up to a November 8 hearing before the full Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. The Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office and the Committee for Public Counsel Services also submitted full briefs regarding appealed rulings that represent challenges to OpenCourt’s First Amendment rights as press entity to report on public court proceedings.
