Why, boneless, skinless chicken breast? Skinless chicken thighs may have slightly more calories but they have much more Omega 3 (good) fatty acids than breast meat which is much higher in Omega 6 (bad) fatty acids. They stay moist and delicious despite being overcooked by most people.

The alternative, if you insist on chicken breast, is BONE ON chicken breast which retains a substantial amount more moistness after cooking than skinless, boneless breast and costs a third as much.
