Attention all feast-preparers, holiday gastronomes, foodie extraordinaires. Andy Husbands, the chef/owner of Tremont 647 (which celebrates its 14th anniversary this year) will be on Radio Boston today between 3-4pm to take your questions. He’ll have a few of his favorite dishes on-hand and he’ll be sharing some serious holiday-survival tips. Let me tell you, I did the pre-interview and I’m impressed.

Jessica moved to Boston in 2008 and has lived many places since leaving her native Texas. After graduating from college, Jessica worked as a federal employee, documentary film festival producer, oral historian, university teaching assistant, traveling saleswoman and klezmer musician. Her work and projects have appeared in The Washington Post, The Christian Science Monitor, Bust, Barnard Magazine, National Public Radio, Public Radio International (PRI), and the BBC. She learned how to make radio from the phenomenal folks at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies. Jessica lives in Somerville with her husband, twin son and daughter, and two cats.     He shared a recipe for something between a crepe and a pancake to be baked in a cast iron pan. Would you share that or at least what was it called?
