Learning from the Four Seasons chefs

I’ve never even been inside Boston’s lush Four Seasons hotel, let alone eaten there. But a handful of bloggers – from The Boston Foodie, Travel Eat Love, A Boston Food Diary and more – went a step further last weekend, taking a cooking class from Executive Chef Brooke Vosika. Chicken and dumplings with truffle oil? Chowder with gin (yes – gin!)? Buffalo brussels sprouts. A deeply creamy chocolate cake? This food blogger is jealous!

Above, our friends Penny & Ed at BostonZest film the experience, which includes butchering a whole chicken, indulging in wine tastings and sampling an incredible array of lovingly cut meats. For more on the epic experience, check out Penny’s list of posts from food bloggers at the event – and if you want to try out a Four Seasons class for yourself, you can look at their upcoming events page here.

I second that, Meg! Fun, extremely well-organized, entertaining and, of course, delicious. More in-house cooking classes will be a big trend this year and Four Seasons does it so very well.
